The Weekly Poet was a poetry journal that published weekly in the latter part of 2009. It had an excellent idea behind it and was praised for its attractive page layouts and insightful interviews, but its editor can no longer keep up the rigorous schedule required for a weekly publication that includes interviews with the poets, at least not while holding the other responsibilities of his day to day life. The pages of the poets we featured are still here on the Archives page, and will remain here for at least 2 years.
If you came here to submit poetry, our editor now helps edit the sites Liebamour and Muscle & Blood. Since he shares editing duties on these sites, and since they require a less rigid schedule, he finds them much easier to handle.
